TACNET 400

TacNet400 was designed by GISS in collaboration with Pacific Star Communication Inc.

The key objective of the project was to provide a product compliant with SWaP-C principles. The set finds particular application in operations where there is a need for mixed tactical and civilian transport and the need to work in hidden positions. The TacNet400 structure is passively cooled without the use of elements forcing air circulation. The set allows the devices to work for up to two hours without access to external power supply. It is possible to reconfigure a set of SWAP devices (standard set consists of two routers and a switch) to another set consisting of any 3 SWAP modules.
