PN: „System of automatic threats detection of critical infrastructure based on a multimodal measuring system'.

Project title: „System of automatic threats detection of critical infrastructure based on a multimodal measuring system'.

Project objective: Developing of product innovation in the form of a system for automatic detection of invasive and technical threats to critical infrastructure. The system will consist of unmanned aerial vehicles with multimodal measuring system and hardware-application platform, enabling the automatic identification of objects within specific categories.

Planned outcome: The implementation of the project will enable the market implementation of a system enabling the identification of threats to, among others, gas pipelines, product pipelines and raw material pipelines. Acquisition of optical data carried out with the use of the system will be based on flights of unmanned aircraft equipped with a set of cameras monitoring the condition of the infrastructure, which will reduce the number of patrol trips along pipelines necessary to ensure the safety of the infrastructure. Another aspect of the positive environmental impact of the project result is the reduction of the probability of pipeline failure, and in case of failure and release of transported raw materials into the environment - shortening the response time to the incident. The archiving of optical data will enable comparative analyses of the input data with the current state of the infrastructure and, as a result, early detection of deformations and changes in the pipeline position, potentially leading to failure.

PN: ” Satellite Communication Research and Development Center GISS SP. Z O.O.”

Project title: ” Satellite Communication Research and Development Center GISS SP. Z O.O.”

Project Objective: Creating a modern Research and Development Centre by GISS. The project involves the purchase of land, construction and equipping the research centre with the necessary equipment and machinery to carry out research and development activities. The aim of the activities is to create R&D infrastructure by investing in instruments, equipment, which will serve to conduct R&D work for the creation of an innovative product in the form of an innovative satellite communication system and a new method of manufacturing elements of such a system.

Planned effects: All activities under the project will serve to conduct research and development work for the creation of innovative products. Their effect will be the development of innovative satellite systems, through proprietary development of elements of this system, with previously unprecedented technical parameters and new functionalities.

PN:  "Implementation of research and development work to develop an innovative manpack satellite terminal"

Project title: "Implementation of research and development work to develop an innovative manpack satellite terminal"

Project objective: The main objective of the project is to develop innovative solutions in the area of manpack satellite terminals as a product innovation. Project will be complemented by a process innovation related to the development of an original technology for manufacturing manpack terminals. The aim of the project is to obtain new features, properties and functionalities of the terminal, which have not been available on the market so far.

Planned outcome: The realization of the project will enable the Applicant to develop and manufacture a proprietary technological solution in the field of satellite terminals. The realization of the project will enable the implementation of the results of R&D work into own business, which implies that after the completion of the project the production and sale of manpack-class satellite terminals will take place.
